Tell us the date, the route, and what matters about the trip – online, by phone, or by email. It reaches us directly, never a call centre or a queue.

  • Standard trips (airport, point-to-point, CBD, hourly) get an instant fare through the booking form
  • Corporate accounts, occasions, and anything else go through the contact form – answered the same way, just by a person first

Confirm

A member of our team checks the details and confirms – by phone or email, never an automated reply.

  • Within the hour during office hours (9am–6pm, every day)
  • Within 12 hours if your request comes in outside those hours
  • Booking on behalf of someone else? Preferences are held against the traveller, so it runs the same way regardless of who requested it

Book

Your chauffeur, vehicle, and flat rate are locked in. Nothing left to chance on the day.

  • Airport transfers: your flight is monitored from the moment you book, so pickup timing adjusts automatically if it changes
  • Free waiting time applies from your actual landing time – 30 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international
  • Full pickup details sent ahead of time – nothing to confirm again on the day

We don’t run live dispatch

Advance scheduling is what makes the fixed fare and the personal confirmation possible. If you need a car within the hour, we’re not the right fit for that trip.
